St. Lawrence School has an open, non-discriminatory admissions policy. The school will accept students based on the following priorities: first, students from families in St. Lawrence Parish; second, students from families that are members of parishes in the area; third, other students who request to be enrolled. St. Lawrence seeks a qualified, diverse student body who add to the quality of academic, religious, and social life of St. Lawrence School.
ALL students admitted to St. Lawrence School must satisfy the following criteria:
- Pre-school students must be 3 years old before they begin.
- Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before August 1 preceding the academic year of enrollment.
- All students new to St. Lawrence School will be tested for appropriate grade placement in our program.
- All new students must have academic records from previous schools attended and must have health records before being admitted to classes.
- To remain in school and to comply with state laws, all students must have on file each year by September 15 a record of all necessary immunizations.
