We will begin ISTEP Testing on March 1st. The tests will be on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please make sure your child gets to bed early and a good breakfast. Midmorning snacks will be provided. Everyone has a day to bring drinks or a snack.

We are now studying the Civil War. The students are really enthusiastic about this unit. We are also working on Civil War Booklets.

This month we will begin writing our stories for Young Authors. This will be counted as an English grade. We will begin working on these in school, and they can work on these at home. They will also design a cover for their stories.

We are learning about Lent, and keeping up with our Lenten promises. We are saving money for the poor. This money is being given by the students. They take their money that would have been used for pop, cookies, etc. to give to our fund for the poor. They have been doing a great job!
